activities and travel insurance among other things. The challenge with
Coair system is to provide an easy to use Web based solution allowing
agents book trips for employees while providing the best available price
for system components like Air, hotels & others. The application that was
used for reservation was done by PDT (Pacific delight tours) which allows
the reservationists to make actual reservations for the continental airline
employees.
o Researched, Analyzed, Documented, and managed various
