15th, 2007. Currently I am an AMDOCS employee working as a contractor with

AT&T. I perform the same functions with AMDOCS which I performed previously

with AT&T.

Additional responsibilities include conducting Performance Management

reviews with my team that I supervise.

Senior Analyst/Release Lead

Environment : Main frame based Wholesale Ordering solutions.

SQL, QMF, Winrunner, Quality Center, Express.

AT&T is a Telecommunications company, which supports Operations

Support System (OSS) organization. The OSS organization is responsible for

the development, implementation and support of quality systems for the

pre-ordering and ordering of the wholesale/resale services to the

customers.

AT&T offers both wholesale and resale business. Resale is a bundled

service where in the CLECs (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ) lease the

entire AT&T network (Switching port and Loop). In whole sale each of the

network elements of AT&T are offered separately at a discount.

Started with AT&T as an Analyst and was promoted as a Senior Analyst, but

acting as a release lead for the last two years.

Responsibilities Include:

Release Lead

- Managing a team of 15 onsite and 8 offshore employees for the

Quarterly Releases, making sure that all deliverables and timelines are

met.

- Responsible for managing supply & demand of the team

- Responsible for committing to projects based on the available resources

and Maintenance release.

- Responsible for assigning work amongst the team members based on their

conditions.

- Determine the impact from new requirements on PMO test conditions and

design

regression test cases accordingly

DB2 database

- Performed Integration Test Procedures (ITP) and System Acceptance

for the Wholesale applications.

Defect Management and Test Facilitation

- Make sure that defects are assigned to appropriate teams and are fixed in

a timely manner

Development/Business/CLEC Test groups.

Production-Support Testing

- Assess, recreate and retest production defects during Implementation

Weekend Testing

- Work closely and assist User Acceptance Testing (UAT) group

- Work closely with developers and clients to resolve issues

- Pager support during Warranty weeks for Severity 1 fixes

- Simulate CLEC'S submitting order requests on a test environment that

resembles the live production environment.

Mentoring and Training

- Mentor team members on requirement analysis, test case creation and

defect

- Mentoring new employees and currently training off-shore team

Worked on various versions of the application. When I started with AT&T the

version of the application was 03.05 and currently it's at 10.00. Also

worked on monthly maintenance releases. Also worked on many special

projects for AT&T for Quality of Work & Life Committee (QWL), Mass Market

Systems (MMS) Communications etc.

Worked as a QA Engineer. Tested the web based Customer Contact Services

Application developed by the company. Worked on every major part of the

application, concentrating on Billing Application, Administrator's Console,

Agent's Console, testing Chat server and testing all the Phone servers and

also was involved in testing the voice quality of telephone system. Was

involved in the initial design and specifications of the application. Wrote
