Utility Control for energy efficiency programs, current budget $4.1M, as
well as, to the Office of Policy and Management for funds received from
the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - $4.1M.
. Responsible for the monthly reconciliations of 17 balance sheet accounts,
approximately $13M, including all related monthly journal entries.
. Assist with the set-up of small business loans within company billing
systems for the Small Business Energy Advantage program along with the
associated tracking, reporting, collecting, and customer assistance.
Approximately 1,800 loans and $10M outstanding.
April 2001 - October 2005 - Staff Accountant, General Accounting
. Coordinated, assisted and prepared quarterly and annual filing to the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
. Responsible for 250 balance sheet accounts, including prepayments and
accruals.
. Prepared journal entries, performed monthly closing activities, analyzed

set up of new accounts to ensure the accuracy of company financial
