EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
. BleachTech LLC, February 2008 - October 2009, Seville, Ohio
Plant Manager: Worked closely with company director and owners. Ensured
plant was achieving production safely, reliably and cost-effectively.
Managed a team of five supervisors, a chemist, a special projects
coordinator, 15 chemical operators and three maintenance mechanics.
Responsible for operation and optimization of plant processes for all
equipment, including CSTR and batch reactors, microfiltration and
nanofiltration systems, ion exchange, GAC units, heat exchangers, DCS,
electrolyzers and packed tower reactors for production of sodium
hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid. Promoted from
Assistant Plant Manager - Project Manager February 2009. Provided
design, specification and consultation in support of new plant
construction. Managed several projects: brine ion exchange column,
sodium hydroxide addition valve tuning, out-of-spec product reworking
system, nanofiltration system, loading rack, carbon columns and packed
tower reactor.

Applications Engineer: Worked with engineering firms, customers and sales
representatives to specify appropriate water treatment systems. Sized
equipment and completed the preliminary design for presentation to the
Engineered Systems Group. Collected the recommendations into a
comprehensive sales proposal and instructed Sales. Provided technical
support during sales calls, meetings and training sessions. Toward the
end of my employment, I was given additional responsibilities and my
title was changed to Product Manager - Documentation Engineer. Planned,
directed and coordinated the preparation of product documentation to
ensure completeness, format and NSF compliance. Monitored status of
projects to ensure documentation submitted according to schedule.
Reviewed and verified product documentation. Worked on and managed
several projects involving documentation and water treatment systems.

Quality Assurance Administrator - Chemist: Responsible for coordination
of branch/district quality assurance goals, including documentation,
causal analysis and support of continuous improvement process. Managed
laboratory and performed chemical analysis of incoming and outgoing
products. Provided technical assistance to customers, suppliers and
staff, including research and development of new products. Participated
in audits and developed standard operating procedures to facilitate the
sales process to ISO-certified customers. Left for an opportunity with
greater growth potential.

Hired as a temporary Laboratory Technician: Performed analyses of product
quality control samples and other samples as required. Tested quality
control standards to ensure validity of sample results. Performed
routine calibrations as required and maintained associated records.
Continued employment as a Research Associate, February 1998, where I
established and then coordinated the pilot program. Carried out research
and development experimentation, including experimental design, data
collection and formatting. Presented formatted data and correlations to
diverse team of engineers, scientists and management for consideration
and implementation. Played key role in creating improved production
procedures for new and existing chemical processes.
