Plan, organize and manage overall construction development for large chain of retail financial institutions
throughout phoenix and Las Vegas areas. Responsibilities include initial design and blueprint review,
project budget, scope and analysis, bidding negotiations, contractor selections, project scheduling,
development, and finalization including quality control. Other responsibilities after completion of projects
include organization of facilities maintenance management. Scheduled and emergency maintenance

• Designed and managed new construction and remodeling of retail locations in
Phoenix as well as Las Vegas areas. Managed sub-contractors to carry out build
cycle while the retail locations continued to operate normal business. Provided
cost budgeting and project scheduling to minimize construction timelines.
• Assisted with initial design of brand new retail facility. Managed sub-contractors
to carry out build cycle within allotted budget and timeline. Project completed 3
weeks ahead of schedule and 15% under expected budget with zero change
orders or discrepancies.
• Designed and completed transition of strip mall facility. Demised existing shell to
accommodate 4 additional new suites. Provided on-site management for
Extensive reconfiguration. Assisted with contract bidding negotiations resulting
in an accepted contract bid 30% less than industry average. Project completed
with zero discrepancies and ahead of schedule.

• Provided knowledge in all areas of facilities management to properly schedule
routine maintenance and emergencies. Established relationships with local
vendors to ensure highest quality of workmanship while maintaining a cost

• Researched and implemented a web based work order program for retail
