Technical summary
Took over a struggling project, the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), an
Air Force ELSG 754th SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) project in
GCSS (Global Combat Support Systems), as the Lead Software Engineer.
Advanced the project from 25 application feeds on approximately 24
servers to 140 application feeds on 46 servers while training and
leading three new Engineers (Nov06-Jan10).

and Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementations, emerging

and testing to implement performance-tuning enhancements for our
WebSphere n-tier server environment (Front-end reverse Proxy/HTTP
Server/WAS Plugin/AppServer/IHS/Connection Pooling/DB2) across our
entire server environment leading to a drastic reduction in outages
and a tremendous increase in application throughput. (IBM Bravo

servers) for IBM Customer Connect Application from WebSphere V3.5 to
