creative leasing approach while reducing turnover through disciplined concept

Created a centralized corporate structure to perform commercial property
management of a newly formed commercial real estate portfolio following the
sale of the asset to a REIT.
Prepared and monitored annual budgets containing detailed leasing plan,
market rent analysis, revenue forecasts, operating expense forecasts, G&A
budgets and capital budgets.
Collaborated with the CEO and CFO during the re-structuring plan for of a
$110 million commercial partnership between Intrawest and a Real Estate
Income Trust.
Acquired extensive experience in all facets of the commercial property
management lifecycle ranging from master planning, leasing to property

Developed and implemented a custom guest satisfaction survey distributed to
resort tenants to evaluate the quality of the property management services

Advised c-level executives in consulting engagements on issues ranging from
business strategy development, business case development, enterprise
application (ERP) selection to software implementation planning & project
oversight.
Participated in several enterprise application (ERP) planning engagements
involving the preparation of evaluation frameworks, business case development,
RFP development, demo preparation, contract negotiations assistance.
Developed the evaluation framework for the selection of a point-of-sale (POS)
software application of a large government agency. The project consisted of a
countrywide rollout in over 7000 retail outlets and had an estimated budget in
