Supported the customer communications team on 50+ projects for auto,

property and specialty lines including boats & RV's. Received several

production releases and for recovering troubled projects.

. Business Analyst: Identified project pre-requirements/requirements;

created requirements documents, functional/technical designs and test

plans. Researched client requirements to create business rules for the

processing and generation of insurance policies. Performed unit testing
