- Managed 49 personnel and 37 storerooms containing 73,487 line
items valued in excess of $100 million while shipping and
receiving over 27 million pounds of cargo through the daily
operations of material division resulting in 31,925 line items
issued, 11,984 receipts stowed and 278,273 pounds of cargo
shipped via airlift from the aircraft carrier.
- Directed a cargo handling team delivering 40 million gallons
of fuel, 1,500 pallets and 20,000 pounds of mail during at sea
replenishments with no lost cargo.
- Coordinated the receipt, inspection, staging and moving of
over 2,000 pieces of furniture, fixtures and collateral
equipment valued in excess of $750K into a new facility making
the transition from the old facility seamless.
- Increased communications and improved the working relationship
between 19 sea going squadrons, the largest fighter jet
maintenance department in the Navy and the base warehouse
improving receipt and delivery of material by 33% and maximizing
the daily operations of the warehouse to meet the customer's
needs.
- Oversaw the issue, receipt and stowage of 2,500 repairable and
consumable items with a 100% inventory accuracy.
- Able to multitask, oversaw the management of 13 command
programs while staying engaged in the daily activity of the
command providing sound advice to the Commanding Officer.
- Consults with management providing clear and concise
recommendations to program changes to facilitate long-term
planning.
- Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commanding Officer for all
Command programs and all matters pertaining to the welfare,
health, job satisfaction, morale and training of 189 personnel
in order to promote good order and discipline. Advanced five
personnel to the rank of Chief Petty Officer and was
instrumental in three personnel getting selected for a
commissioning program. Exceeded the retention quotas for two
consecutive years earning the Retention Excellence Award.
