Progressively responsible positions at Chrysler Financial Services LLC,

(DCFS-Trust) an $80 Billion financing company: Commercial /Dealer Credit

Analyst, 2008 to 2009. Proactive in risk and exposure analysis on a

wholesale portfolio of $8 billion.

o Analyzed and approved requests for CRM wholesale underwriting,

lines of credit and real estate / working capital loans to

consumer and commercial lending companies. Increased portfolio

by 10 percent in 2009.

o Instrumental in decreasing full spectrum of debt exposure in

2008 by 10 percent. Adjusted financial statement entries (of

dealers) to make accurate assessments of their solvency given

changing credit markets through effectively approving and

conditioning consumer applications while improving ROI.

o Extensive involvement in monitoring performance controls of

credit policies through inventory and book audits. Supervised

Auditors (including Scheduling staff, and clearing Audits).

Accepted full accountability for implementation tracking and

developing a process map detailing timeline of response rates,

o Established priority position for company in securitizing

debtors' assets via UCC commercial liens. Secured 89 percent

rate of any outstanding assets within applicable guidelines to

be paid to Chrysler Financial should debtor fold.

mentor to a team of 25 credit analysts on vision, strategy and value

proposition serving the Northeast region of consumer/commercial lending

alerting territory developments and valuable trends.

o Translated company strategy requirements to individual targets

for analysts. Managed and monitored performance against these

targets leading to 15 percent revenue increase in 2008,

surpassing the overall team target.

o Identified credit solution requirements using early warning

indicators, understanding high impact, assigning value to

intangibles, monitoring data/lists, sales, volume, and

competition on loans from origination, to servicing, to

collection/recovery. Reduced retail delinquency from 5.2 percent

in 2005 to 1.20 percent in 2006.

Retail Credit Analyst, 2003 to 2005. Promoted to establish a credit risk

prospective to individual portfolio of retail and lease contracts of 6

Million. Led and maintained research analysis that contributed to

transparent and integrated services.

procedures reporting on all initiatives to regulate the credit

risk inherent in the entire portfolio as well as the subsequent
