Architected and co-developed of a e-commerce product suite aimed to
commercialize multimedia web sites. Responsible for functional and
non-functional architecture, high level design and parts of detail design and
coding of a complex micro-payment system, including purchases & authorization
web proxy, a micro-payments billing system, authorization plug-ins for web
servers and media servers, GUI applications, payment gateways integration and
more
Designed the AC framework, a event-driven asynchronous infrastructure for
in-house servers and modules. The system was state-of-the-art in terms of
modularity, extensibility, performance and scalability. (C++/ACE over Windows

Designed and co-developed the HTTP proxy, application-server, Apache and IIS
plugins, multimedia AAA plug-ins For MS-media and Real-Networks Helios

Proposed and designed the log-records recognition and parsing logic, at the core
of the Centralized Audit product. The Centralized Audit aggregates, presents and
correlates log events from various machines, formats and applications.
Designed and developed the data layer for the Centralized Audit product. (C++
programming for Windows/MFC with Oracle and MS-SQL Server)
Designed and implemented the integration of the PROXIMA SSO (Single-sign-on)
product with several token-authentication servers. (C/C++ programming for UNIX

Team Leader 1995-1997
Co-designed and co-developed the AMDOCS Flexible Bill-Formatter (FBF). FBF
converts bill layouts (MS-Word templates), definitions of input records & files
and rule-base logic, into generated C code. The resulting program is capable of
processing tens of millions of customer bills in a several hours window.
Designed the rule base, the code generators and the run-time shell program,
major contributions to the overall product architecture, and leadership of the
team that implemented the first installations.
Programmer 1992-1995
Designed and co-developed the Audit & Control subsystem, including database
schema, high level and detail design of the core functions. Audit & Control
implements the publish-subscribe paradigm at the batch files level, allowing
decoupling and management of the various Amdocs Billing modules.
Programmer in the Message Acquisition & Formatting (MAF) team. (C
programming for UNIX / IBM-MVS with Oracle/DB2)
