Conversion lead within Enterprise Systems CIS team managing data
conversion activities related to corporate mergers and internal
architecture restructure initiatives. Resource planning and

mitigation strategies, support of critical path development and
oversight of testing strategies and execution. Coordinate merger
related activities from mapping through post-implementation support.

. Co-developed CIS Conversion team from three contract resources to
seasoned, knowledgeable team of cross-trained development staff on
merger related activities, saving in excess of $1 million.

Managed various teams supporting the Bank One client, overseeing sales
pursuits and proposal development while delivering on production
service level agreements and multiple project development initiatives.
Maintained budget and profit/loss responsibilities, resource
management, service delivery, project management, quality and
compliance initiatives and all aspects of systems development.
Managed the Service Delivery support tower in a high-profile financial
sales pursuit, providing the client with a detailed analysis of their
current service delivery model. Was one of 7 individuals on the
pursuit team personally acknowledged by the client's senior executive
vice president for my team's thorough and accurate analysis of their
environment under the constraints of the pursuit timeline.
Managed the transition of EDS support functions back to Bank One in-
house technical staff, working with bank executives to develop a
seamless transition plan with no service interruptions while
minimizing costs.
Led various teams during EDS' assumption of management of Strategic
Banking System (SBS) support functions, including functioning as a
lead in pursuit of this business. Ultimately assumed responsibility
for entire EDS managed function. This role required banking systems
experience, a strong client focus and program management skills.
Formed and managed a Global Environment Team, comprised of a staff of
senior technical resources, highly skilled in various technologies,
responsible for supporting multiple EDS clients on complex
infrastructure initiatives, as well as consulting engagements on
multiple sales pursuits.
Directed the EDS program component of the CIS File Merge initiative,
managing five overlapping implementations with limited resources and
pre-established implementation targets. Project scope was the
consolidation of multiple banks to one bank per state for five
different states.
Led the Bank One, Texas Production Improvement Team to transition
production support responsibilities from individual lines of business
into a consolidated team, while significantly decreasing run times,
reducing processing costs and improving the stability of production
systems. Responsibilities included people care, P&L, staffing and
production oversight.
