ControlLogix, including two axis robotic case packers with multiple
product infeed belts, product seal check systems, full case check
weigh systems, and case handling equipment.

Electrical Engineer
. Conceptualized, designed, developed, and successfully implemented,
with a small team, a patent pending technology that provides
continuous electrical power and network communications to a robot
manipulated, PLC controlled fixture in a large multi-operator, multi-
robot material handling and welding system. This project won the
Kruesi Spirit of Innovation Award in 2008 and is currently in full
production at Harley Davidson's York, PA facility.
. Designed, implemented, supported and troubleshot user friendly Allen-
Bradley industrial controls systems, including ControlLogix with
hydraulic and electric servos, in short development schedules to
customer specifications, requirements, and industrial safety
standards.
. Designed and developed PanelView and OI-15 human machine interfaces
for many industrial control systems ranging from complex custom
machines to large robot cells with as many as eleven robots.
. Analyzed, refurbished, improved, and successfully redeployed
