Civil Engineer-II Review commercial and subdivision site plans for
compliance with stormwater management and erosion control ordinances.
Manage the maintenance of subdivision detention facilities and inspection
of commercial properties. Prepare regulatory NPDES reports for Phase II
compliance by local governments. Monitor the County Jail's septic lagoon
and design treatment systems to meet EPA guideline for discharge quantity
and effluent quality. Develop checklists for field inspection of
residential and commercial development. Supervise the county's eight
engineering field inspectors. Project Managed Hall County's coordinated
effort with FEMA and State of Georgia to update the local Flood Insurance
Rate Maps to the new digital format (DFIRM).

Framework-Cabling, Power and Grounding. Lead Engineer on the ATT Switching

equipment requirements for AC/DC Power and Watts for HVAC Loading to ensure

American markets. Ensure equipment installations are to the latest building
and seismic zone codes. Represented engineering on the company-wide "Value

Coordinated Drafting Technical resolution with AT&T COLD engineers and
develop process to track the passing of information between Lucent and

Numerical Controlled (CNC) lathes, three and four axis mills. Set-up and
operate manual mills and lathes; surface and cylindrical grinders; and
electron discharge machining equipment. Perform maintenance and repair of
machines. Established, coordinated, and executed a training program for
department employees. Performed the User Acceptance Trial and Testing of
the computer scheduling system. Prepared bids for contract. Coordinated
shop floor questions with engineering or customers.

Leadsman Automotive Machine Shop: Program, set-up, maintain, and operate an
experimental (beta site) CNC Grinder to remanufacture constant velocity
(CV) joints. Developed methods and tooling to accomplish associated tasks
for the remanufacture of CV Axle assemblies. Performed the programming,
routine maintenance, and repair on the CNC-Grinder, its support machinery,
and other machine shop equipment.

Operation's NCO, SGT E-5: Coordinated the activities of a large maintenance
organization. Certified Facilitator for training of soldiers in any
technical field related to maintenance [wheel/track vehicles,
communications and quartermaster equipment, and land based weapons
