A supervised daily operation of Intel Corporation in Rio Rancho, NM, and total site area was approximately 280
acres. Set the highest safety standards for employees, Intel, and visitors to the site. Daily operations included:
customer retention (high customer service standards), managing site (crew) employees to convey the high level
of standards, while maintaining high profitability within the contract parameters, oversight on subcontractors, and
sold enhancement above contract.
Transferred to Dallas, TX, to help manage branch/multiple job sites. Total Branch business was 4 million, in
which I sold $100,000 in enhancement annually. Through hard work and complete company focus, corporate
invited me to join the TruGreen ACCEL Branch Management Training program. Completed the 8 month
business management program curriculum in 6 months, and worked with current branch manager on the day to
day operations until a branch opened up.
