Managed three major accounts totaling $1 billion in contract value, leveraging resources to accomplish client and

corporate goals. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and

Project Management

o Managed the completion of project request proposals, ensuring requests were completed within

budget, resulting in a $680 Million contract renewal.

Assistant Business Manager

Managed company-wide accounting and reporting functions for two subsidiaries, as well as weekly payroll

processes for 100 salaried and hourly employees, to ensure all employees were paid on time, while supervising a

staff of four.

o Handled diversified Accounts Payable/Receivable and expense control procedures including bank

and account reconciliation, cash receipts, disbursements, finance charges, billings, invoicing, purchase

order/inventory verification, charge-backs, rebates, and preparation of daily bank deposits.

o Collaborate extensively with external auditors, providing in-depth assistance with periodic

corporate audits, to ensure dealerships were compliant with company standards.

o Followed through on timely and accurate month-end closings and financial reporting activities, to

ensure all accounts are balance within the first week of closing.
