In 2004 I did a “gap year” after completing 10th grade at the German School in

Johannesburg and was working at different HIV/AIDS foundations. The TOPSY

Foundation and Nkosi’s haven. Both are situated in South Africa.

In the middle of 2004 (June, July and August) I was working in Cape Town. I was

working at the BCA (www.bca.co.za) . We worked in a team and prevented alien

invasion.

Afterwards (October, November 2004) I did a Field Guidance Course at Antares

(www.antares.co.za)

After completing my Matric (final high school year) in 2006, I got accepted into the

International Hotel School, situated in Sandton, South Africa. I worked in the

Michelangelo Towers Hotel (5 Stars). I was working at the Bar as a barman.

I also worked in Thrupps (a kind of 5 Star Supermarket) as a chef. Both jobs were for

only ten weeks

I completed START Course at the International Hotel School, Johannesburg, South

Africa. I worked as a barkeeper at the Restaurant 'Maltermeister Turm' in Goslar,

Germany from June 15, 2008 to January 15, 2010.
