management information to first-line responders (EMTs, ER personnel, Toxic

Incident Response teams, etc.) Maintained processing applications and user

documentation of all processes and code modification history. Participated

Estimated resources needed for each phase of cycle. Processed third-party

and in-house authored input (MS Word, Excel, XML, SGML, HTML, Access and

including HTML), tagged sample documents and parsed documents and DTDs to

ensure ISO standard compliance all to support a state-of-the-art SGML based

Data Analyst

Participated in project converting legacy documents for a major medical

publishing house from QuarkXPress into SGML via initial conversion into

HTML using an off-the-shelf conversion application, then up translating to

SGML. Worked closely with project manager to lead conversion team in

quickly and accurately translating the documents into SGML.

Implemented, and maintained modular, well-documented SGML DTDs and FOSIs

(Format Output Specification Instances - style sheets).

Created extensive application documentation in the form of Tag Libraries

(similar in content and functionality to data dictionaries) for numerous

SGML DTD suites written primarily for publications in the Healthcare,

Pharmaceutical, HAZMAT, and chemical industries.

Project Analyst II

Administered Unsolicited Proposals Program for NASA Headquarters in

Washington, DC. Program reviewed 600+ proposals annually. Worked closely

with NASA research centers nationwide and with the Office of the General

Counsel and the GAO in support of Congressional investigations by

generating proposal tracking histories.

Created database for processing and tracking unsolicited proposals

throughout peer review process. Developed and implemented process for HQ
