Director - Business Support Services (BSS) / Facilities Manager

Supervised day to day operation of Instinet's 3 Times Square offices and

backup data center as well as the Jersey City primary data center and

disaster recovery site. Worked extensively with designers, architects,

engineers. Coordinated the efforts building operations staff, carpenters,

electricians, service providers, in the maintenance of facilities.

Scheduled and supervised preventative maintenance of critical systems

(HVAC, pre-action fire suppression, UPS, etc.). Managed contracts and

sourcing (purchasing and acquisition), Managed equipment and technology

leases. Negotiated contracts, maintenance agreements, performed cost
