Project 1: State Farm Insurance, Jan 30th 2006 - Till date.

Client: State Farm Insurance corp.

Description: State Farm Insurance corp., Bloomington has many portal

applications used by the B2E, B2B, and B2C verticals. I am involved in

several projects of State farm related to Internet and Intranet security.

One of these projects involved in re-engineering and research. All the

applications are migrating from Site minder to TAM for external security

Manager. One project is to upgrade the TAM as per market releases. And

other projects involve in applying security policies specific to the

application. Integrated JRA environmnets into leagcy B2B and B2C

applications with EAI and LTPA single sign on solutions. Upgraded TAM from

5.1 to 6.0 in 2006 and currently 6.0 to 6.1.1. in progress.

Environment: Tivoli Access Manager, WebSEAL, Sun One Directory, TDS,

Websphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server, Lotus Notes & J2EE.

This Project is mainly involved in re-engineering the existing application

by introducing the web services layer between the business layer and the

data application layer.

Project 4: GMSP Helpdesk (General Motors Supply Power Helpdesk),June 2004

- September 2004

Description: This project is to handle the Helpdesk tickets, these tickets

are the problems/issues raised by the customer or end users in the

production/pre-production system. By investigating the issues helpdesk team

has to send updates with the resolutions. Need to correct the data in

production/pre-production, if any minor data fixes has to be done.

Description: GMSP Support project is maintain/supporting the existing GM

Supply Power (GMSP) application. GM Supply Power portal provide document-

sharing, communication and point-of-access to some of supplier facing GM

applications. This has been one of the most challenging E-business Projects

undertaken by Cognizant, which involves integration of 8 different Products

to build a single Application. It's one of the biggest business to business

portal applications. This basically involves integration and customization

of different application, which is transparent to the end user access.

Environment: Java, LDAP, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XSL, HTML, Sun One Portal

Server, Oblix Netpoint, Sun One Directory server, Oracle 9i, IBM Tivoli

Access Manager, WEBSEAL, Weblogic, Interwoven-TeamSite and Sun Solaris 2.8.

Role: Lead-Developer

Responsibilities:

Description: GM SupplyPower (GMSP) is the supplier facing business portal

for General Motors Corporation. The purpose of GMSP is to streamline and

digitize business processes between GM and its Supplier base. GM

SupplyPower facilitates General Motors World Wide Purchasing in conducting

it business with both the supplier and internal GM Users. GM SupplyPower

portal provide document-sharing, communication and point-of-access to some

of supplier facing GM applications. . This has been one of the most

challenging E-business Projects undertaken by Cognizant Technology

Solutions, which involves integration of 8 different Products to build a

single Application.

Project 7: eGM PF-Editor (General Motors Property File Editor) May 2002 -

July 2002

Client: General Motors

Description: The Property File Editor is a Web-based application for

creating and maintenance of a GlobalBuyPower Property File. The Property

File is a text file which contains a list of key names and sector defined

key values which control the optional functions and labeling of each

GlobalBuyPower internet page. A unique property File exists on the

GlobalBuyPower server for each Country, Language and Website ID

combination. The Property File Editor is for use by the eGM administrator

to perform the following procedures: Create and Download New Property File,

Modify and Download an existing Property File, and Review and Download an

existing Property File. Each of the procedures results in a new Property

File being downloaded and stored on the administrator's workstation. A

follow up procedure is required to move the new Property File to a

production server.

Environment: Java, LDAP, JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB and Sun Solaris 2.8.

Role: Developer

Project 8: HealthHighway, January 2001 - April 2002

Client: Health Highway Inc

Description: HealthHighway is a business to business web Application, which

facilitates e-commerce on Internet for the Health Care Providers. The

company is an application service provider that provides an integrated

portal for all healthcare providers to streamline and manage their offices

and also to manage their relationships with patients and the outside world.

The company has a business-to- business model for Health Care Providers,

their trading partners and Patients. Phase I contains different modules

like Patient, Provider, Clinic, IPA, and Staff Portal. Patient portal

application contains Registration with HealthHighway, setting primary

providers, sending e-mail, registration with the provider for the

treatment. Patient receives confirmation thru mail from provider. Providers

can manage their appointments with the patients online through the

application. IPA, Clinic & Provider Portals contains Registration with

HealthHighway, Provider, Clinic, IPA website Management, Details of

provider clinic addresses, locations, working hours, language and specialty

will be there for the patient.
