Led a number of high visibility projects leveraging virtual global

critical application projects. Oversaw projects within a PMO and

ensured the project managers were

successful in their role to deliver projects on time and within budget

using early warning indicators,

Information Specialist - Role (Information Systems Manager - 1994 - 1997)

after it was outsourced to EDS, including application development and

maintenance, operations, network infrastructure, and all

administrative functions (budgets, hiring/firing, people management,

. Planned and directed the information systems migration from Raleigh to

Tulsa when the Raleigh Memorex facility was sold, achieving the IT

stability of the Tulsa location.

software for the manufacturing and accounting systems.

. Conducted gap analysis, with a team of 7, on Cullinet's IDMS COTS
