after it was outsourced to EDS, including application development and
maintenance, operations, network infrastructure, and all
administrative functions (budgets, hiring/firing, people management,

. Planned and directed the information systems migration from Raleigh to
Tulsa when the Raleigh Memorex facility was sold, achieving the IT
stability of the Tulsa location.
