experience including 15 years at the management and project lead levels. He has

extensive and in-depth technical customer interaction skills. Emphasis on on-site

Novartis(Molecular Diagnostic) Cambridge Ma 09/2009-current

Molecular Diagnostic is a startup division within Novartis with 3 sites internationally. Mr. Saxe was

responsible for design and implementation of their Document Repositories using SharePoint 2007 (MOSS

2007) across 10 functional groups and 8 program groups. He was their SharePoint consultant for use with

their document repositories needs and built a process top meet the need of their business model.

• Technical Developer/Advisor of SharePoint 2007 Functional as needed for the

communication director, the function group leads and program groups leads.

• Trainer: For site owners and their contributors

• Wrote documentation that is used for training and setup of future sites

• Generated a HTML site for Molecular Diagnostic Weekly newsletter back to Novartis

Edgewater Technologies: American Student Assistance (ASA)

While at American Student Assistance Mr. Saxe was responsible for design, implementation, installation,

configuration and maintenance, of their intranet site using SharePoint 2007 (MOSS 2007). He was their

technical lead for SharePoint 2007 for use with their intranet, including all training of end users.

Responsibilities included:

• Technical Developer/Advisor of SharePoint 2007 Functional as needed for the

communication manager, the divisional communication managers, the governance team, and

IT.

• Trainer: For new contributors and ongoing training as contributors need more expertise

• Any work that is not ‘out of the box’ functionality that needs SharePoint Designer 2007

• Implemented all Divisional sites for the divisional communication mangers. Acted as the

point person on all functionality, questions, issues, design and training.

Employment Experience

• Wrote documentation that is used for training, governance, special cases.

Technical Management - the day to day director of the technical team. Specific responsibilities

include:

Design Management – assisting the system architect on system design, the data model, and tool

selection. Also responsible for coding standards for the project. Development Management -

designing, developing, and testing complex system components.

User Testing / Deployment – supports client testing and deployment of systems into production.

Issue Management – ensures that technical project issues are identified and resolved in an effective and

efficient manner.

Resource Management – working with the project manager, focuses on project staffing and resource

coordination among junior members of the technical team.

While at Groove Networks Mr. Saxe worked in the Core Quality Assurance, Solution and Concept

• Functional and system level testing

• Performance testing

• Specific customer environment and configuration setup/testing

• Multi-user testing

• On-site customer acceptance testing and training

• Regression test development

While at Ernest and Young Mr. Saxe did a full complement of QA responsibilities in a consulting
