Duties:
I managed 7 degreed engineers and 1 production control position.
Completed complex drawings to suit engineering changes and initiates
engineering changes. Completed the creation of complex design layouts
and detail drawings of complex products. Performed compilation of
materials and specification sheets. Performed dimensions/specification
determination necessary on complex drawings for effective manufacturing.
Performed the designs of cost effective complex products with adherence
to applicable industry and customer standards/specifications. Completed
complex investigations related to product design and maintenance.
Performed review of complex engineering drawings and supporting documents
for adherence to drafting standards. Completed planning and test
programs. Selected material based on application; and coordinated
procurement. Checked all B.O.Ms for correctness to the customers
specifications. Entered all lower level parts correctly with processes

streamlined the process from contract approval to release to the
manufacturing floor.

programmer, and I volunteered. I learned AutoCAD in 2 weeks and
