. Installed grocery scanner on the pack-out lines to obtain a 9% capacity

increase and smoother process flow.

. Converted $11,200 replacement equipment expenditures into spare equipment

inventory by refurbishing 7 old printers, freeing-up the budget for

purchase of 5 spare printers for the production support and/or

. Recouped $10,000 through the research and sale of obsolete equipment.

. Identified and implemented capacity increase of customer pack-out lines

through off the shelf equipment purchases to increase productivity from

3K to 6K a day pack-out line.

. Managed line balancing, process, capacity and equipment necessary for QA

. Part of a team that set one customer pack-out line in Memphis, TN and

coordinated the pilot run.

. Introduced automated equipment that reduced the cycle time and improved

label placement while reducing human error.
