to clients - functioned as PMO.

expenses for the entire company in an application called Projector.

application to manage all online ticket data, in a Java / Oracle 10g /

. Created multi level decomposition DeMarco Process Models to document

existing My Disney Vacation functionality, all done in Visio. This

system was not previously documented; extensive research and

interviewing was necessary to determine the system requirements and

functionality, and to document them appropriately.

. Provided production operational support and enhancement of the My

Disney Vacation section of the Walt Disney World site.

. Managed PCI certification and validation for WDPRO for all booking and
