More than 15 years in the media in roles ranging from on-air, sales,

Clients have included healthcare, securities broker/dealers, home

builders, Internet technology groups, telecom entities and media

agencies. Facilitated buyouts and provided avenues for additional lending

/ funds for specific clients. Negotiated mergers/acquisitions for several

clients.

o DeskActive, Pty, Ltd. - President, North America. Introduced

healthcare-related SaaS software program to the North American

market. Established criteria and enlisted more than 8,000

participants for major study using DeskActive as an intervention

for certain health issues. Created Advisory Board and

established U.S. entity that purchased rights to software.

o Dorn Companies, Ltd. - Vice President Programs and Business

Development. Responsible for creating sales/marketing campaigns

that established relationships with several Fortune 100 / 500

companies and subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway. Created formal

study criteria with the Institute for Health and Productivity

Management (IHPM) for a formal study with a Fortune 100 company

presented at two national conferences. Managed web site revision

and SEO implementation

o Idea Orchard, LLC - Directed rollout of a national initiatives

creating awareness of responsible choices with nutrition,

alcohol and drugs among teens and young adults. Negotiated

relationships with a major insurance company and a major non-

profit.

o KB Home- Daily sales operations for a specific, large volume

community, customer service, training, complaint resolution,

operations. Consulted customer satisfaction turn-around from 63%

to 95% in less than 9 months.

o Equity Financial Services, Inc./ EFS Properties, LLC

-Responsible sales training and marketing programs for mortgage,

leasing and factoring operations Also responsible for all

startup, planning and initial operations of affiliated real

estate office. Acted as Managing Real Estate Broker

o Enter Tech Corporation-Responsible for business planning, sales

marketing, branding programs, investor relations and

dissemination of all information for public company(10-K, 10-Q,

Facilitated entry into hospitality market segment with certain

(established as part of the Window's School Connection, Northern

and on-going business development, specifically in wireless Internet and

VoIP), JW Markel, Inc. (international licensing and distribution of

equipment).
