. 1981 - 1983:

Development a regional system for Latin America. Working in Buenos Aires

(Argentina)

during 4 months with technical groups of Argentina, Puerto Rico and

Brazil.

. 1984 - 1992:

Team leader and responsible for evaluating users requirements and

development

of new projects and maintenances (Business as usual).

Carve out process (Consumer and Corporate segment).

Also worked with:

Demands of the high inflation period in 80's.

Tax reforms of 90's.

Year 2000 remediation.

One Bank (Consumer and Corporate).

. 1993 - 2004:

Regional process in Citibank. To transfer all develpment groups from

Latin America

to US (Fort Lauderdale).

Responsable for Brazil team working with factory model (Computer Horizon

Company).

. 2004 - 2008:

Regional development center in Brazil. Responsible to transfer all

development groups

(IBM platform) from US (Fort Lauderdale) to Brazil (S o Paulo).

Responsible for the development support team (IBM platform - Brazil,

Colombia,

Puerto Rico and Venezuela).
