As Web Manager at Flowserve Corporation I drove the strategy outlined by
the Web Governance team for development and maintenance of flowserve.com,
Passport, the company intranet and several extranets.
I also Project Managed the IT and Creative teams to ensure the successful
implementation of the strategic plans, and supervised content development.
Senior Producer, Brierley & Partners 2003 - 2004
As Senior Producer at Brierley & Partners, I fulfilled three roles:
Business Analyst, Information Architect and Project Manager.
As a Business Analyst, I gathered requirements with the client and
determine the business rules for the site. I worked with the Technical
Architect and the Developer to write the technical requirements. As
Information Architect, I developed the site maps, process flows and the
page wireframes. As Project Manager, I oversaw all phases of production,
ensuring the project was completed to specifications, on time and on
budget.

Senior Project Manager, Contractor 2002 - 2003
Contracting for Andara Digital, I acted as Project Manager and Usability
Testing Coordinator.
As Project Manager, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
establishing and maintaining the client relationship, creating agreement
on the deliverables with the key stakeholders, developing and maintaining
the project plan, budget, tracking and reporting, conducting team
appraisals, acquiring client sign-off and acceptance and project close-
down documentation.
As Usability Testing Coordinator, I assisted in writing the test plans,
recruiting participants, conducting the testing and writing the analysis
and site recommendations.

As Senior Manager at Luminant, my focus was leading creative projects and
working with a Technical Project Manager, or in some cases a third party
integrator to complete the delivery of the project. Projects typically
lasted 4 - 6 months, with teams as small as 5 to as large as 30. The
Project Sponsor was generally an executive level associate, such as a
Marketing Director or a Division Manager.

< Responsible for the support of MarketSpace, the global EDS marketing
center. Created intranet site with demonstrations that displayed EDS'
business portfolio.
< Responsible for the support of the Pavilion at Infomart, an EDS marketing
center. Built applications for physical environments that conveyed EDS'
capabilities and that represented some of the markets in which EDS was
involved.
< Produced the Information Technology Center presentation, which served as
the centerpiece of EDS' main technical marketing center.
