I am looking for a full time position in the field of Architecture,
either as an Architectural Project Manager, Job Captain and/or
Construction Contract Administrator. Any of these positions would be
the perfect fit for my skills ands expertise.
I have over many 28 years of experience in the preparation of
construction contract documents, beginning as a junior draftsman and
progressing upward to the position of project manager, including over
12 years performing Construction Contract Administration, reviewing and
approval of project submittals and shop drawings and performing site
inspections to insure compliance with construction documents and
building codes. This also included customer service in dealing with
the clients to insure Their satisfaction with not only the finished
product they were provided but by the treatment they received all
through the process..
I have experience in both private sector and public sector work.
Private sector work includes shell retail and office buildings, tenant
improvements, restaurants and churches and in the residential area I
have worked in both Custom Homes and Tract Housing.
Public sector work includes United States Postal Service projects, U.S.
State Department Embassy Security Upgrades in the Republic of Yemen and
Peru, GSA, Corps of Engineers and NAFAC.
I have also worked part time as a vocational school instructor,
teaching construction drafting and technologies.

McDonald's, office shell buildings and church projects. Private sector
work also included performing ADA compliance surveys for various
McDonald's restaurants throughout Arizona.
Public sector work included expansion of the Bulk Mail Facility of the
Phoenix Main Post Office, Physical Security Upgrades to the U.S.
Embassy in Sana'a, Yemen and Physical Security Upgrades to the U.S.
Embassy, Lima, Peru. The U.S. Embassy projects required traveling to
the project location and performing site verifications of the
