and analyzed the labor reporting system being used in the assembly

departments. Researched and recommended viable solutions using Net Present

Value, Cost Benefit Analysis, and other criteria such as system expansion

capabilities. Installed and trained assembly department personnel in the

use of a "state of the art" automated timekeeping system, providing

accurate labor reporting by contract on a timely basis.

Results: This system eliminated the need for manual time card calculations

and manual posting of direct labor hours to specific contracts achieving a
