Responsible for product portfolio management, product marketing, channel
management and company strategy. Defined and implemented strategy to
migrate company from the embedded board business to system solutions and
hosted services leverageing embedded technologies. For an example,
developed an end-end remote patient monitoring solution based on Eurotech
medical device gateway working with multiple ecosystem partners including
IBM, Roche, A&D Medical, Cypak, MDclick and Continua Health Alliance.

Customized Systems strategy lead for cross-industry strategic direction
focused on embedded systems, software and services. Developed an
innovative business strategy that aligned IBM Engineering Services and
with their product offerings, leveraging the strengths of both efforts
into a stronger focus. Led initiative to integrate embedded systems into
an end-end IT infrastructure for vertical industry solutions and working
across IBM business lines to collaborate on the solution. This effort was
baseline for IBM's "Smarter Planet" corporate campaign. Involvement

Based on customer and market interest, defined and developed with ten
partners a "first-of-a-kind" next generation, IP-based contact center
telephony infrastructure solution. Leveraged internal IBM contact center

utilizing a common, shared infrastructure.
Defined a market driven strategy and implementation for enterprise-based
remote teleworking, remote office/branch office and small medium business
(SMB) opportunities using a nationwide broadband services system solution.
Strategic engagements with Cable MSOs, telcos and fiber network

Developed the marketing strategy for Pervasive Computing "Device-Led
Solutions". Included evolving from a customer-driven business model

market small office PBX telephone systems capable of computer network

Created an extensive distribution channel for Novell software developer
