Selected Highlights
. Founded mobile app design consulting business and produced several apps
for iPhone and iPad that met with critical acclaim.
. Served as an integral member of a design team responsible for the
inception and development of a first of its kind product for 2D and 3D
architectural conception and collaboration (project Architectural
Studio)-the resulting product lifted physical workspace into the
digital world with a revolutionary user interface and earned a
tremendous amount of free press due to the famous principle architects
that endorsed the product.
. Directed and designed Design Review (formerly named DWF Composer), a
user interaction model that was used by architectural teams to review
and mark-up architectural drawings digitally rather than on paper,
which ultimately saved thousands of dollars in paper and shipping
expenses; created a prototype of the entire Design Review product.
Design Review is still used by most of Autodesk's customers today.
. Served as senior designer of Map3D (Autodesk Inc.'s flagship product)
and introduced "application audits," where every component in a user
interface was recorded in a database, reviewed by team members, and
changed as necessary. This system allowed for high-speed problem
identification and was adopted across an entire division.
. Produced a cutting edge design and review product that increased
customer workflow efficiency and moved outdated old-school practices
into the digital environment.
. Created a call response model at Aimtech Inc. to improve the quality
and timeliness from the support team; this model led toward same-day-
call-backs efficiencies of 100% and earned an 8.0 (out of 10.0) in
technical support venue from ComputerWorld magazine, which was the
highest rating given in that magazine's history.
. Personally designed and executed Jamba, which was a new application
that was noted as the first product to create applets for the web
without programming.
. Won Internet World's best of show award for applet creation products.
