Highlights Ms. Bruton has extensive experience in information systems

implementation across 43 sites and 1500 users. Additional

Led design phase for IDX Enterprise-wide Scheduling project

including visit management.

Served as Subject Matter Expert in IDX BAR, PCS, Sched, TES

and DBMS to executive and mid-level staff.

Developed an issue tracking & customization database along

with policies and procedures for the information systems

staff.

Served as liaison and negotiator between user community and

software vendors.

Responsible for the daily management of all Medicare

accounts for four treatment centers. Served as the liaison

for Medicare carriers and patients. Analyzed the Medicare

accounts receivable by researching accounts. Corresponded

extensively in writing and over the phone with Medicare

carriers and patients. Other duties included forwarding

claims to various Medicare carriers, editing electronic

claims, refunds, and account adjustments.
