restructure both production and the warehouse and do employee training.

SOPs since there were none. Maintain quality of product to the highest
standards.

Works directly with R&D on first run prototypes, and quality control.
Oversees production facility with a hands-on approach. Helps develop
first run prototypes for medical battery packs. Maintains Can-ban and
oversees stock levels are maintained. Oversee daily production. Trains
all new employees and certify to the process of their job. Maintains all
training and maintenance records. Coordinates with upper management and
purchasing to ensure proper lead times are met for vendors. Repairs and
maintains all equipment in manufacturing facility. Proficient in writing
standard SOPs. Develops written work instructions to simplify and aid
with use of provided blueprints for each production build. Provides time

Oversee production facility for a small Florida company consisting of 20
employees manufacturing small components and small mechanical assemblies.

Production Coordinator/Supervisor
Oversee 3 shifts consisting of 67 employees in the manufacturing of fiber
optic cables. In charge of maintaining all machinery, working directly
with QC and R&D, updating and adhering to weekly and daily work schedule
and troubleshooting. Know all aspects of fiber optic connector
terminations. Testing assemble loss with an Optical Waveguide
Attenuation Test Set (For multimode optical waveguides: 830 nm and 1300
nm or single-mode optical waveguides: 1300 nm). Knowledge of testing
devices used for measuring of radius and concentricity of ceramic
surfaces. Oversee packaging, quality control department and shipping
department. When needed, also responsible for field service and
installations. This requires hands-on application to troubleshoot and
find breaks in cable and to repair them on-site. This entails hand
stripping, threading, hand polishing and complete testing of cable and
reinstallation into mainframe. Trained extensively at Siemens in Berlin,
