. Spearheaded completion of $9M Waterworks Business Park for Irvine Ranch
Water District in Irvine, California that included 2-story tilt-up
buildings and site work on 4-acre location. Brought utilities onto site
from offsite main lines. Buildings included 5 suites with 2nd floor
mezzanines, break rooms, bathrooms and warehouse space with full height
industrial roll-up doors.
. Directed $18M Chino Hill Business Park project including 4 2-story
concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 150K square feet and associated site
work on 10-acres. Buildings had exterior courtyards, fountains,
decorative trellises, and paver walkways. Project was completed on-time
and within-budget.
. Guided $40M Whittwood Mall renovation which involved demolition and
remodel of existing 60-acre+ site that included Greatland Target Store
and remodels of Sears, Mervyns, J.C. Penney, Sav-on Drug Store, and
several new boutique-type shops.

projects by conducting kick-off meetings around country to coordinate

prior to beginning of FF&E phase.

As Project Engineer, guided project document creation including RFIs,
submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and billings. Interfaced with
owners, architects, engineers, and contractors and communicated closely
with subcontractors, securing plans for distribution, soliciting bids, and
performed quality take-offs and comparison studies. Monitored and updated
CPM project schedules. As FF&E Supervisor, provided daily field supervision
for installation of projection equipment, sound and speaker systems,
screens and rigging, stadium seating, concession stands, and equipment such
as Class I Hoods and Condensing Units. Also installed carpeting, aisle
lighting, signage, and POS systems.
