. Developed and deployed an open to buy process in all North

American plants integrated with sales, operations and materials

. Developed and deployed an ABC costing model and pricing

strategy. Replaced fifty-five different price lists with one

master list and a coherent discount structure.

increasing customer service level from less than 60% on time

delivery to higher than 90%. Increased stock turns from 4.5 to 6

per year. Company profitability went from a loss to 7% ROS

profit.
