PRODUCT MARKETING ENGINEER (May 2008 - April 2009)

Created demonstrations application that integrated several Nucleus middleware

products such as USB, file system, networking stack and kernel. These

applications were shipped to potential customers and used at trade shows

resulting in thousands of quality leads.

Presented and manned booths at trade shows, interacting with potential

customers and identifying potential leads - successfully turning over 600+

quality leads.

Designed and managed a SharePoint site which served as an information center

for all global application engineers and technical marketing engineers. This

site housed document repositories, project management tools for managers, and

bulletins to keep the global team updated on the industry and our products.

PORTING ENGINEER (January 2007 - May 2008)

Key point of contact in North America, Europe and Asia for technical and

product related questions from internal application engineers, sales managers

and product marketing managers.

Resolved issues for key global accounts such as Motorola, Brother and

Blaupunkt related to USB, Compact Flash Cards and Ethernet drivers.

Customized Nucleus products for customer evaluation to demonstrate the

features requested.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT/SPECIAL PROJECTS (April 2006 - January 2007)

Designed and developed the first automated serial driver testing suite. The

testing suite was also the first of its kind to be architecture independent

(ARM, PPC, MIPS, and ColdFire) and allowed engineers to cut testing time to

1/10th of the original time taken, saving valuable engineering resources and

money.

Performed quality tests for Nucleus kernel ports on a plethora of

architectures, these test results were used by application engineers and

became a part of marketing collateral.

Wrote test code for interrupt level testing on hardware for over 20 unique

ports, which accounted for over $5 million in sales.

ENGINEERING ASSISTANT (June 2005 - April 2006)

Configured suite of Nucleus (real-time operating system) products including

middleware to test hardware level code for networking, file system, and USB

applications.

Installed and configured numerous embedded development tools including

Metroworks, RealView Compilation Tools (RVCT), ARM GNU, and EDGE.
