Quality Assurance Cycle: Designed a 7-step cycle, currently being used by the
company. This process enabled all healthcare professionals using the HER to view
requested functionalities in multiple versions of the software. Also, ensure
proper training and 80%+ usage of full integrated system, rather than a light
transition, especially those transitioning from paper-managed facilities.
Software connectivity: Enabled HL7 connectivity for the first time between the
software and major labs, such as Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics. This functionality
by itself increased sales by 30% based on the large demand of hospital
interoperability and EMR systems.
