Customer Service Representative to manage promotion accounts. Coupons that
have a dollar value and expiration date, including games with multiple
levels of prizes. Many of my accounts required me to prioritize my daily
work due to the time change with all the accounts globally located. My
duties required numerous and accurate records keeping due to the high
security projects and this was to be done on daily and monthly reporting.

of the companies' forms electronically, and designed spreadsheets to help
other departments and customers understand there shipped order.
Contract Account Manager (1998) I was asked to take over contract jobs for
the company that needed to be organized and brought into the modern time of
service. Major accounts assigned: 3M, Varsity Gold, State Farm Cards,
Premiums Shapes, numerous Taylor companies & etc. Multi- versions is the
major part of my customers business.
My biggest strength is my dedication to the customers and the company. I
have proven over the years that I am organized, professional, and I
prioritize my work. I take pride in how my jobs flow thought the company
without error; it makes my co-workers job easier as well. The errors for
my house account jobs are at a super low. With my organization skills here
at Travel Tags the job I managed has become a very profitable account.
Strengths: I am a very dedicated person when it comes to my customer. I
make sure that my customers are very educated in the way we need to receive
the orders, art, approval and payment. This will make sure their jobs flow
through the plant without any complications or hold ups. I also keep them
aware of the progress on their jobs, and I let them know as soon as
possible if any issues arise, or if there's a potential that something is
going to be late. I am also efficient at getting my days work done by
being organized. My organization skills have helped me streamline my jobs
so I can get them quickly and efficiently into production. This also helps
me back up other co-workers, I consider myself a very good team player.
