(http://www.plaync.com), back-end processing (interfaces to credit

card processors, recurring online subscriptions), financial and

accounting reporting, and tools for customer support.

all internal (Customer Support, Finance, IS) and external (web-site

users) customers.

Technical liaison for credit card processors and third-party

vendors (Chase Paymentech, PayPal, Bibit/RBSWorldpay CC
