Duties involved the day to day operations of 46 CVS Stores in the

Chattanooga/N Georgia area wherein all technical support was

provided for all technical aspects of the daily operations of each

store in the district. This included but was not limited to cash

registers, pharmacy workstations, drive thru areas, telephones and

telephone equipment, 66 blocks, servers, handheld devices, printers,

fax machines, scanners, wireless and RF devices, and all cabling

throughout the store. Other responsibilities included the setup and

relocation of new stores.

Duties involved primarily warranty support for Dell throughout the

state of Georgia. Support included the complete line of Dell business

line of desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
