Environmental, Health & Safety Manager - Safety Trainer in a

toolroom setting, Aerospace Industry. Job functions include:

develop, revise, and implement safety policies and programs.

Audit compliance, classroom and OTJ training, investigate

accidents, write procedures and work instructions, also

advise in EHS matters. Helped achieve AS9001. Developed new

hire Orientation package, and implemented OSHA compliance,

developed and train programs to satisfy governmental

regulated requirements.

1994 to 2009 CADENCE INNOVATION/VENTURE INDUSTRIES, Troy, MI.

supervisor of Skilled Trades, Janitors and Security. Hired

outside contractors for facility. Had 12 direct reports.

1986 to 1989 DETROIT PLASTIC MOLDING, Sterling Heights, MI.

Facility Engineer - Facility Manager. Responsible for

building and grounds of ten facilities. Also all office

equipment, hired and scheduled contractors and supervised

maintenance personnel. Coordinate all buying and selling of

machinery, update existing blueprints. Responsible for

company trucks and vehicle fleet.
