Scheduled all product from orders received that day.

Manufacture, Clean, Paint,Antique and Package/ Ship

Did all hiring and lay-offs for manufacturing needs.

Requested and purchased the material need to run the factory

on a two to three day basics.

All orders were made after order was placed (held no finished

inventory).

Responsible for Quality Control thru out the plant.

Responsible for making sure that all orders shipped in a

timely manner and were shipped correctly.

Maintained plant safety.

1993-2007

. Held responsibility for hiring and training in factory, assembly, mill

room and quality control.

. Maintained plant safety and OSHA requirements.

. Purchased all equipment for production needs.

. Ran shortage reports to help expedite material needed for production

to keep change over or downtime to a minimal.

. Kept production schedule up-to-date to meet sales.

. Prepared/approved line layouts/flow charts.

. Involved in three major expansions in 11 years and two moves. Shut

down on Thursday evening, moved, and had production running at new

plant(s) Saturday morning.

. Company needed more products and grew from three assembly lines to

eight within 2.5 months with no major problems, increasing production

from 85,000 to 300,000+ units per year. Grew from 25 assemblers to

160.

. Trained the Q.C. Staff on standards. Had less than .05% end user

reject rate.

. All General Supervisors and Supervisors were trained and promoted from

the hourly ranks.

. Started when Welton was at $17M in sales, with annual sales currently

at $106M.
