I am a highly self motivated responsible hardworking and conscientious
manager with over 30 years experience at the dealership levels.
Proven track record of setting and meeting department objectives and
motivating other employees to increase their performance. Known
for the ability to motivate others to raise and meet goals for
themselves. Been very successful in improving department profits and most
of all customer satisfaction. Looking for a position that will utilize my

Am very adept at computer operations and familiar with numerous systems
used in the automotive business world. Very skilled at customer

Achievements
Am very pleased that in all of my previous employement situations I have
been able to improve my department or departments as desired
my employer. Personally after high school I was able to play some minor
league baseball with the Reds organization. Am very adept at
bowling and played softball until the last couple years with my boys.
