I am a highly self motivated responsible hardworking and conscientious

manager with over 30 years experience at the dealership levels.

Proven track record of setting and meeting department objectives and

motivating other employees to increase their performance. Known

for the ability to motivate others to raise and meet goals for

themselves. Been very successful in improving department profits and most

I was asked to return to Olathe Dodge as a lead service advisor and trainer

of a very young and inexperienced service drive. I was asked to train and lead

a very high volume service drive and help improve csi. With this complete we are

now one of the top 2 Chrysler service dept's in the US.

Parts Manager

Have added parts to my skill set and have taken the parts department to a

10% increase in profit percentage.Also have increased off the

shelf fill rate from 65% to 79% in the first year while decreasing my

idle stock from 35% to 21%.Really enjoyed the change from service to

Achievements

Am very pleased that in all of my previous employement situations I have

been able to improve my department or departments as desired

my employer. Personally after high school I was able to play some minor

league baseball with the Reds organization. Am very adept at

bowling and played softball until the last couple years with my boys.
