Challenge: Revitalize aging injection mold repair and maintenance operation.

Action: Relocated operation closer to machine shop and implemented repair operations. Result: All

mold drawings now on file and repair operation is autonomous.

Challenge: Create 3D drawings of ski runs of Snow Basin for Olympic committee.

Action: Used 3D modeling skills to create ski runs on virtual mountainside.

Result: Olympic committee used data to determine layout of venue.

Challenge: Design and build a prototype medical chair for Medical product show. Action: Utilized

CAD and modeling skills to create a revolutionary medical table.

Result: Used vacuum forming to create "skin" of table that provided a seamless surface.

Challenge: Create Multi view drawings of sprinkler components via reverse engineering Action:

Measured and created both manual and CAD drawings.

Result: Completed drawing package with bill of materials and cut sheets.
