Leadership Summary: P & L owner. Rehabilitated the enterprise's poorest
performing plant which in the 1983-1992 lost over $30M. Administered what
grew to be a $40M operating budget.
Scope: Directed a workforce of 120-150 staff through a managerial, sales &
marketing, and supervisory team of 10. Reengineered every aspect of the
operation including sales.
Achievement Highlights
. Increased sales from $28M in 1992 to $42M in 1996.
. Increased bottom-line profitability by over $10M over a four-year
period; partially achieved by reducing annual production costs by
$3.2M without impacting client satisfaction.
. Received corporate safety award three out of five years; reduced
Workers Compensation cost from $450K in 1992 to $50K in 1993 by
