Director, Engineering Operations & Planning (1998 - 2009)

Defined/directed strategic and day-to-day operations, policies, procedures

and guidelines for large engineering organization of 1100+, managing an

operational budget of $100M.

. Directed operational systems and applications, processes and policies

supporting all corporate world-wide engineering, including C-level

reporting, information flow and strategic, product and operational

business plans.

. Provided senior executive team with plans supporting corporate R&D annual

budgets from $300M to $800M. Defined and deployed tools and procedures

for engineering-wide product portfolio, which aligned with corporate

goals and strategies, and consistently delivered on-time and low cost

computer products and solutions.

. Developed tooling, procedures and metrics for defining and measuring

deliverable commitments by the organization. Increased overall

software to manufacturing for distribution to customers. Eliminated

errors in system configuration management, reducing customer complaints

by 25%.

Computer Technician-Programmer-Supervisor-Manager, Diagnostic Software

Started as principal computer programmer, then was promoted to various
