Deduction Analyst

Manage Sara Lee Food and Beverage customer payment disputes from original

date of deduction to resolution, assigning to trade, loss/damage

department, or to collection when deduction is found to be invalid.

Communicate with customer teams to manage deduction resolution charging to

proper account accrual funds. Work extensively in SAP and Siebel 7.8.

. Managed SAP / Siebel 7.8 process to reduce outstanding Military

deductions from a backlog of $200,000 to almost a $3000 on a weekly

basis.

. Created a commodity deduction process to manage $462,000 in commodities.

The process resulted in deductions being paid back to company or

reassigned to another department.

. Served as Deduction Analyst and Regional Planning Associate to interface

with SAP and Siebel 7.8, which made the process more efficient.
