[Objective]
To find a career and a work environment where my creativity and knowledge
will be utilized to generate graphically dynamic designs. To find a
workplace where I will be challenged and encouraged to learn new things
through teamwork, effort, and dedication.
[About Me]
I am creative, eager, and quirky. I have a passion for typography, using
text in ways other designers may not have thought of. I enjoy collaborating
and working closely with clients and/or coworkers on projects, and I take
pride in seeing projects through to the end. My education provided me with
a working knowledge and skill set for a variety of artistic endeavors:
printmaking, bookmaking, painting, drawing, ceramics, typography, and
conceptual design. My professional career has helped to teach me about
overcoming any obstacles that may appear and to have the perseverance to
reach the end result desired.
[Technical Knowledge]
Both PC and Mac Platforms
Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat (with access to
other CS4 programs), Microsoft Office 2007, Quark, Multi Ad Creator, and
several work flow/organizational programs.
I am a very quick study when it comes to software programs, I enjoy
learning and am eager to continue to learn more throughout my career. I
enjoy encountering something I may not understand and doing the research
and learning required to solve the problem or use the program.
