Activation. Managed expanding loop qualification system to an 8 state
application for internal Network users and outside company usage on an
NT platform. Application evolved from one state ISDN application to
multiple state Web Qual application and currently to a system
integration of DSL Loop Qual for all company states. Work effort

DSL Qual transitioned to a back end application with a firewall between
Marketing users/interfaces and application when outside companies were
added on 5/30/00. Responsible for team leadership, complex problem
